Building the permission-based intelligence layer for modern commerce.

Building the permission-based intelligence layer for modern commerce.

Persistent connects consent, identity, commerce signals, and real business intelligence into one clean, useful, permission-first data layer — built to last.

Persistent

Our Story

Persistent was built around a simple idea: the future of customer data would not be won by chasing people with stale cookies and mystery lists. It would be won by companies that could combine permission, identity, commerce signals, and real business intelligence - cleanly, usefully, and built to last.

Since 2019, we’ve worked alongside ecommerce merchants, agencies, platforms, and data partners to solve a problem that keeps getting bigger. Merchants spend real money driving people to their sites, yet most visitors leave without buying or raising their hand - all while privacy rules shift and third-party cookies fade.

We started with identity resolution and data quality. Over time we acquired, expanded, and brought our identity graph fully in house. Today the Persistent ID Graph is our proprietary intelligence asset - connecting digital behavior, ecommerce activity, identity, and purchase-intent into a more complete view of the customer.

The point isn’t to know more people. It’s to know the right people, understand their intent, and help businesses act on it responsibly.

Provenance

Where our graph comes from

The Persistent graph wasn’t created overnight, and it wasn’t built from one simple data feed. Its foundation came from years of work across strategic channel partners — and billions of real commerce signals.

Built from real relationships, real commerce signals, and years of work.

Web hosting companies

Large-scale consumer and commerce signals across real web environments.

POS vendors

Offline purchase and transaction signals tied to real identity.

Affinity marketers

Interest and engagement signals across permissioned audiences.

Publisher networks

Content and behavioral signals across real app and web properties.

Ecommerce environments

Real shopping behavior, product views, and purchase events.

Data partnerships

Matched, cleaned, and validated through years of real-world use.

The difference

A broker sells data. We build intelligence.

Our value is in how we connect identity, consent, data quality, and commerce behavior into something businesses can act on. The Persistent ID Graph is built around three principles.

Useful

The data has to be accurate, current, matchable, and tied to real business outcomes — not a generic list dressed up as insight.

Responsible

Consent, transparency, opt-out rights, privacy controls, and compliance are part of the architecture — never bolted on after the fact.

Actionable

Intelligence has to move into the CRM, ESP, ad platforms, ecommerce tools, and analytics merchants already use.

Privacy by design.

Privacy isn’t a side feature — it’s part of the architecture. We built ConsentWave to help businesses manage consent, policies, cookie notices, and preference centers in a practical way.

Permission creates better data. Better data creates better marketing. Better marketing creates better outcomes — for the business and the consumer.

What ConsentWave does

Scan sites to see which cookies and trackers run

Customize consent banners and preference centers

Publish policy language and notices

Maintain a cleaner, auditable record of permissions

Data quality

Quality beats volume.

A large graph is only valuable if it’s accurate, fresh, and usable. Every record is continually improved through hygiene, validation, scoring, enrichment, and suppression.

Continuous email hygiene and recency scoring

Phone validation and line-type identification

DNC suppression and opt-out enforcement

Active / inactive status checks

Confidence scoring across identifiers

Resolution across email, phone, MAID, IP, company, and household

Demographic and business enrichment

Behavioral and purchase-intent attributes

Turning intelligence into revenue.

Most visitors leave without converting. IntentWave identifies anonymous traffic, scores intent, enriches it, and moves it into the systems a business already uses — so the signal never disappears.

01

Identify

Resolve anonymous visitors on the sites you already pay to drive traffic to.

02

Score

Read buying behavior — clicks, product views, return visits — to score real intent.

03

Enrich

Add verified contact and business data so a signal becomes an actual person.

04

Activate

Push into CRM, email, SMS, retargeting, ad optimization, and sales follow-up.

Our Vision

The intelligence layer behind modern commerce.

We’re building a data orchestration platform that connects consent, identity, commerce, payments, and AI — to answer the questions that actually matter.

Who is visiting?

Who is showing intent?

Who is likely to buy?

Which traffic is worth paying for?

Which customers should be retained?

Which signals should flow back to Meta, Google, TikTok, email, and CRM?

Which data can be used safely, responsibly, and profitably?

Why Persistent

The next generation of data infrastructure.

We own a proprietary identity graph, operate consent infrastructure, enrich and activate first-party data, and keep privacy-first governance at the center — all in one connected platform.

Proprietary U.S. identity graph

Owned and operated in house, built and validated through years of real use.

Permission-based collection

Consent captured and managed through ConsentWave before data is activated.

Deterministic identity resolution

Connecting fragmented signals into a persistent identifier across devices.

Continuous hygiene & enrichment

Validation, scoring, suppression, and enrichment for a cleaner signal.

AI-powered intelligence

Understanding which consumers are active and which signals matter most.

Commerce & payment integration

Connecting visitor behavior to real identities and real revenue outcomes.

The strategic opportunity

The permission-based intelligence layer for the next generation of commerce.

We’re not just selling data. We’re building the data layer between consent, identity, commerce, and customer activation.
